Friday afternoon, I am going to lookat 2 houses with my dad. They are in Westwood, right by HP. Both are foreclosures and are on the market at $464,000 but need ALOT of work. The MLS # are 076093956 & 086002720. I'd be looking at adding sq ft and totally revamping the insides.
