Closing house in Vancouver

Just drove in to San Diego at 4:30pm... left PDX last night at 4pm. 1100 miles, 16 hours.
Realtor in PDX is completely unprofessional. Our contract (the one I signed), had the commission listed as "6% for first 30 days, 5% there after"... and then at closing she said never "saw" that the contract was at 5%. So, she refused to honor the 5% and her broker said they'd cancel the deal... so I am out $3200 unless I want to sue her: which I am seriously considering. The realtor never even sent me a Settlement Statement, so I was completely blind-sided at closing.
She even had the guts to call me and start reaming me out and said, I quote, "Shame on you for trying to cheat me out of my full commission". Well, I say, "Shame on you Carol for not honoring your contracts and trying to muscle money out of your clients."
I think this is completely unethical and would never recommend that anyone work with her. Carol Murray at Barbara Sue Seal Coldwell Banker.
So, should I sue her? Is it even worth the money? Do I have any other recourse?

Can the woman not read -- that's really not cool -- convenient amnesia does not constitute her geting an extra wad of cash from you. Report her to the BBB.

I agree you should report her to BBB...I'll also add that you have grounds to sue because she did not uphold the contract. She is bound by law to uphold the contract! love ya girl!!

Maybe you can take her to small claims court on Judge Judy? :)
